Seller Warranty definition

Seller Warranty is defined in Section 10(a)(i).

Seller Warranty means any one of them;

Seller Warranty means each warranty given by the Seller as provided in Clause 5.4 and “Seller Warranties” shall be construed accordingly;

Examples of Seller Warranty in a sentence

• The limited warranty specified in BB-W602 and the Two Year Seller Warranty is the only warranty.

• Buyer shall provide a no defect in materials or workmanship warranty with respect to each product sold to an end customer for a period not less than the then remaining warranty period related to such product and afforded to Buyer pursuant to Section 11 (Seller Warranty) above.

• Each of the Seller Warranties is to be construed independently of the others and is not limited by reference to any other Seller Warranty.

• If Seller also sells the No-Vendor-Warranty Product through Seller’s Retail Businesses, the duration and coverage of the Seller Warranty will be no less favorable to Buyer’s customers than the duration and coverage of the most-favorable-to-customer warranty provided by Seller for the No-Vendor-Warranty Product when sold by Seller’s Retail Businesses.

• If Seller does not sell the No-Vendor-Warranty Product through Seller’s Retail Businesses, the duration and coverage of the Seller Warranty will be no less favorable to Buyer’s customers than the duration and coverage of the most-favorable-to-customer warranty provided by Seller for a product that is comparable to the No-Vendor-Warranty Product when sold by Seller’s Retail Businesses.

More Definitions of Seller Warranty

Seller Warranty means a statement contained in Schedule 2 and “Seller Warranties” means all those statements;

Seller Warranty means the warranties set out in Schedule 3; and

Seller Warranty means a warranty set out in Schedule 2; and

Seller Warranty means the warranty provided by Seller to Customer in accordance with the terms and conditions provided in Part 2 of this Exhibit C.

Seller Warranty means a one-year warranty, from the Closing Date, as described in Section 10.4 of this Agreement.
