Each matter for which the Buyer has agreed to provide indemnification pursuant to this Section 9.2 is hereinafter referred to individually as a "Sellers Claim" and collectively as the "Sellers Claims".
Any other Buyer Claim or Sellers Claim must be notified to the Indemnifying Party under Section 9.3(a) above within two years from the date hereof in order to constitute a valid Buyer Claim or a valid Sellers Claim which is entitled to indemnification hereunder.
