Selling Concession definition

Selling Concession means [ ]% of the Gross Spread; and

Related to Selling Concession

  • Concession means the granting of a license or right to act for or on behalf of the Board, or to provide a service requiring the approval or endorsement of the Board, and which may or may not involve a payment or exchange, or provision of services by or to the Board, provided that the term concession will not include vending machines.

  • Selling Commission means three percent (3%) of the gross proceeds of Shares sold pursuant to this Agreement, or as otherwise agreed between the Company and the Agent with respect to any Shares sold pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Oil and Gas Leases means all leases, subleases, licenses or other occupancy or similar agreements under which a Person leases, subleases or licenses or otherwise acquires or obtains operating rights in and to Hydrocarbons or any other real property which is material to the operation of such Person’s business.

  • Mineral means gas, oil, and coal; other gaseous, liquid, and solid hydrocarbons; oil shale; cement material; sand and gravel; road material; building stone; chemical raw material; gemstone; fissionable and nonfissionable ores; colloidal and other clays; steam and other geothermal resources; and any other substance defined as a mineral by a law of this state.

  • Third Party Sale means any sale for resale in interstate commerce to a Power Purchaser that is not designated as part of Network Load under the Network Integration Transmission Service but not including a sale of energy through the PJM Interchange Energy Market established under the PJM Operating Agreement.

  • Mining Rights means all interests in the surface of any lands, the minerals in (or that may be extracted from) any lands, all royalty agreements, water rights, patented and unpatented mining and millsite claims, fee interests, mineral leases, mining licenses, profits-a-prendre, joint ventures and other leases, rights-of-way, inurements, licenses and other rights and interests used by or necessary to mining and related processing operations.

  • Licensing means any grant of rights to distribute the qualified motion picture, in whole or in part.
