Selling Entities acknowledge that information pertaining to any Distributor program or service, including names of Contract owners, is proprietary in nature and belongs exclusively to Distributor.
Selling Entities warrant that each solicitation, specifically including any solicitation effected by any Subagent, will be made by use of a currently effective prospectus, that a prospectus will be delivered concurrently with each sales presentation and that no statements shall be made to a client superseding or controverting any statement made in the prospectus.
Selling Entities agree further that, following termination of this Agreement for any reason, they will not solicit or otherwise contact any Contract owner for any reason except as expressly agreed in writing by Distributor or Pacific Life.

From time to time, Pacific Life will provide Selling Entities with information regarding the jurisdictions in which Pacific Life is authorized to solicit applications for the Contracts and any limitations on the availability of such Contracts in any jurisdiction.
