A Notice Holder shall not sell any Registrable Securities pursuant to the Shelf Registration Statement or the Prospectus after the expiration of the applicable Selling Period without giving a new Selling Notice pursuant to Section 2(b) hereof and receiving a new Selling Confirmation.
The rights of CFS pursuant to this Section 10.4(a) shall terminate if unexercised within thirty (30) days after the date of delivery of the Selling Notice).
