Selling on Amazon Launch Date means the date on which we first list one of Your Products for sale on the Amazon Site. "Shipment Information" means, with respect to any of Your Products, the estimated or promised shipment and/or delivery date. "Street Date" means the date(s), if any, specified by the manufacturer, distributor and/or licensor of a product as the date before which specified information regarding such product (e.g., title of a book) should not be disclosed publicly, or such product should not be delivered or otherwise made available to customers.

Related to Selling on Amazon Launch Date

  • Launch Date has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(b) of this Agreement.

  • Programme Date means the date of this Base Prospectus.

  • Launch means the intentional ignition of the first-stage motor(s) of the Launch Vehicle intended to place or try to place a Launch Vehicle (which may or may not include any Transfer Vehicle, Payload or crew) from Earth:

  • Child day program means a regularly operating service arrangement for children where, during the absence of a parent or guardian, a person or organization has agreed to assume responsibility for the supervision, protection, and well-being of a child under the age of 13 for less than a 24-hour period.

  • Opt-Out Period means the period that begins the day after the earliest date on which the Notice is first distributed, and that ends no later than 30 days before the Final Approval Hearing. The deadline for the Opt-Out Period shall be specified in the Notice.

  • Development Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until the Appointed Date;

  • Activation Date means the date upon which MLBFS shall cause the WCMA Line of Credit to be fully activated under MLPF&S' computer system as part of the WCMA Program.
