Selling on Amazon Launch Date means the date on which we first list one of Your Products for sale on a particular Amazon Site.

"Your Transaction" is defined in the Business Solutions Agreement; however, as used in these Service Terms, it shall mean any and all such transactions through Selling on Amazon only. Fulfilment by Amazon Service Terms Fulfilment by Amazon ("FBA") provides fulfilment and associated services for Your Products. FBA is operated by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited.

Related to Selling on Amazon Launch Date

  • Launch Date has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(b) of this Agreement.

  • Programme Date means the date of this Base Prospectus.

  • Launch means the intentional ignition of the first-stage motor(s) of the Launch Vehicle intended to place or try to place a Launch Vehicle (which may or may not include any Transfer Vehicle, Payload or crew) from Earth:
