Semi-Annual Servicer’s Certificate definition

Semi-Annual Servicer’s Certificate is defined in Section 4.01(c)(ii) of the Servicing Agreement.

Semi-Annual Servicer’s Certificate means a certificate, substantially in the form of Exhibit B to the Servicing Agreement, completed and executed by a Responsible Officer of the Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01(c)(ii) of the Servicing Agreement.

Semi-Annual Servicer’s Certificate means the statement prepared by the Servicer and delivered to the Trustee with respect to the Storm Recovery Bonds, on or prior to each Payment Date therefor, the form of which is attached to the Indenture as Schedule 1.

Examples of Semi-Annual Servicer’s Certificate in a sentence

• The Servicer shall prepare and deliver such additional reports as required under this Agreement, including a copy of each Semi-Annual Servicer’s Certificate described in Section 4.01(c)(ii), the annual Servicer’s Regulation AB Certificate described in Section 3.03, and the Annual Accountant’s Report described in Section 3.04.

• The Servicer shall prepare and deliver such additional reports as required under this Agreement, including a copy of each Semi-Annual Servicer’s Certificate described in Section 4.01(g)(i), the Annual Compliance Certificate and Certificate of Compliance described in Section 3.03, and the Annual Accountant’s Report described in Section 3.04.

• On or prior to each Payment Date or Special Payment Date, the Servicer shall deliver the final Semi-Annual Servicer’s Certificate to the Issuer, the LPSC, the Indenture Trustee and the Rating Agencies.

• All deposits to and withdrawals from the Collection Account, all allocations to the Subaccounts of the Collection Account and any amounts to be paid to the Servicer under Section 8.02(e) shall be made by the Indenture Trustee in accordance with the written instructions provided by the Servicer in the Monthly Servicer’s Certificate or the Semi-Annual Servicer’s Certificate or upon other written notice provided by the Servicer pursuant to Section 6.11(a) of the Servicing Agreement, as applicable.

Semi-Annual Servicer’s Certificate means the statement prepared by the Servicer and delivered to the Trustee with respect to the Energy Transition Bonds, on or prior to each Payment Date therefor, the form of which is attached to the Servicing Agreement as Exhibit B.
