Semiannual Period definition

Semiannual Period means (a) each six-month period beginning on January 1 of any calendar year and ending on June 30 of such calendar year, and (b) each six-month period beginning on July 1 of any calendar year and ending on December 31 of such calendar year.
Semiannual Period means each period following the First Accrual Period that begins on January 1 and ends on the next June 30 or each period that begins on July 1 and ends on the next December 31, as applicable.
Semiannual Period means a six month period commencing on a Semiannual Date and ending on and including the day immediately preceding the next Semiannual Date.

Semiannual Period means each period of six calendar months during a Contract Year. The first Semiannual Period of each Contract Year shall begin on January 1 and end on June 30, and the second Semiannual Period of each Contract Year shall begin on July 1 and end on December 31.
