Senior ABL Agreement definition
Senior ABL Agreement means the ABL Credit Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, among Holdings, the Borrower, Univar Canada Ltd., a company formed under the laws of the Province of British Alberta, the Domestic Subsidiaries of Holdings from time to time party thereto, the lenders party thereto from time to time, and Bank of America, N.A., as U.S. administrative agent and collateral agent and Bank of America, N.A. (acting through its Canadian branch), as Canadian administrative agent, as such agreement has been amended and restated through the Closing Date and as such agreement may be further amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time or refunded, refinanced, restructured, replaced, renewed, repaid, increased or extended from time to time (whether in whole or in part, whether with the original administrative agent and lenders or other agents and lenders or otherwise), except to the extent such agreement, instrument or other document expressly provides that it is not intended to be and is not a Senior ABL Agreement. Any reference to the Senior ABL Agreement hereunder shall be deemed a reference to each Senior ABL Agreement then in existence.
Senior ABL Agreement means the ABL Credit Agreement, dated as of May 31, 2019, among the Company, the lenders party thereto from time to time, and Wxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as administrative agent and collateral agent, as amended, restated, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time or refunded, refinanced, restructured, replaced, renewed, repaid, increased or extended from time to time (whether in whole or in part, whether with the original administrative agent and lenders or other agents and lenders or otherwise, and whether provided under the original Senior ABL Agreement or other credit agreements or otherwise), except to the extent such agreement, instrument or document expressly provides that it is not intended to be and is not a Senior ABL Agreement. Any references to the Senior ABL Agreement hereunder shall be deemed a reference to each Senior ABL Agreement then in existence.
Senior ABL Agreement means the Credit Agreement, dated as of April 12, 2012, among the Company, the other borrowers party thereto from time to time, the lenders and other financial institutions party thereto from time to time, and General Electric Capital Corporation, as administrative agent and collateral agent, as such agreement may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time or refunded, refinanced, restructured, replaced, renewed, repaid, increased or extended from time to time (whether in whole or in part, whether with the original administrative agent and lenders or other agents and lenders or otherwise, and whether provided under the original Senior ABL Agreement or one or more other credit agreements or otherwise, unless such agreement, instrument or document expressly provides that it is not intended to be and is not a Senior ABL Agreement).
