Senior Administrative Agent definition

Senior Administrative Agent shall have the meaning assigned to the term “Administrative Agent” in the Senior Loan Agreement.

Senior Administrative Agent means the administrative agent (including any successor or assign thereof) under the Senior Credit Facility.

Senior Administrative Agent means National Bank of Canada as “Administrative Agent” under the Senior Credit Agreement (or any successor thereto appointed pursuant to Section 14.10 of the Senior Credit Agreement) or any administrative agent, collateral agent, or their successors in such capacities under the Bank Facility.

Senior Administrative Agent means Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, in its capacity as administrative agent under the Senior Revolving Credit Agreement.
