Senior Class definition

Senior Class has, with respect to a Class of Notes of any Series, the meaning specified in the related Indenture Supplement.
Senior Class means, with respect to the Class B Notes, the Class A Notes.
Senior Class means (a) with respect to the Class B Notes, the Class A Notes and (b) with respect to the Class C Notes, the Class A Notes and the Class B Notes.

Senior Class means (a) with respect to Class B Notes of a series, Class A Notes of that series and (b) with respect to Class C Notes of a series, Class A Notes or Class B Notes of that series.

Senior Class means, (i) so long as any Class A Notes are Outstanding, the Class A Notes, (ii) after the Class A Notes have been repaid in full and so long as any Class B Notes are Outstanding, the Class B Notes, (iii) after the Class A Notes and Class B Notes have been repaid in full and so long as any Class C Notes are Outstanding, the Class C Notes, (iv) after the Class A Notes, Class B Notes and Class C Notes have been paid in full and so long as any Class D Notes are Outstanding, the Class D Notes and (v) after the Class A Notes, Class B Notes, Class C Notes and Class D Notes have been paid in full and so long as any Class E Notes are Outstanding, the Class E Notes.
