Senior Class definition

Senior Class means, with respect to the Class B Notes, the Class A Notes.
Senior Class has, with respect to a Class of Notes of any Series, the meaning specified in the related Indenture Supplement.
Senior Class means (a) with respect to the Class B Notes, the Class A Notes and (b) with respect to the Class C Notes, the Class A Notes and the Class B Notes.

Senior Class means (a) with respect to the Obligations of the Borrower, (i) so long as any Loans are Outstanding, the Loans and (b) with respect to the Obligations of the Guarantor, so long as any Guarantor Loans are Outstanding, the Guarantor Loans and (ii) after the Guarantor Loans have been paid in full, the Class E Securities.
