Senior Collateral definition

Senior Collateral means any “Collateral” as defined in any Credit Agreement Loan Document or any other Senior Debt Document or any other assets of the Company or any other Grantor with respect to which a Lien is granted or purported to be granted pursuant to a Senior Collateral Document as security for any Senior Obligations.
Senior Collateral means with respect to any Senior Secured Party, any Collateral on which it has a Senior Lien.
Senior Collateral means all the “Senior Collateral” or “Collateral” as defined in any Senior Collateral Document.

Examples of Senior Collateral in a sentence

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall impair or otherwise adversely affect any rights or remedies the Senior Representatives or the Senior Secured Parties may have with respect to the Senior Collateral.

Senior Collateral means, (i) in the case of [A/R Lender], all A/R Facility Senior Collateral and (ii) in the case of CRG, all CRG Senior Collateral.
