Senior Counsel definition

Senior Counsel means a legal practitioner appointed by the President as a Senior Counsel of Namibia in terms of section 79(3) of the Legal Practitioners Act, 1995 (Act No. 15 of 1995).
Senior Counsel means a barrister in active practice who is entitled to use the post-nominals QC or SC in any one or more superior court in the Commonwealth of Australia or the Dominion of New Zealand.
Senior Counsel means a Senior Counsel to be mutually agreed upon by Keystone and the Insured or, in the absence of agreement, to be appointed by the current President of the Law Society in the Australian State or Territory in which this Policy is issued.

Senior Counsel means a senior lawyer to be mutually agreed upon by the parties, or in the absence of agreement, to be appointed by the Chair/President of the Bar Association, Law Society, or equivalent organisation in the jurisdiction in which the Policy is issued.
