Senior Exchange Notes definition

Senior Exchange Notes means $999,570,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Parent Borrower’s 12.50% senior unsecured exchange notes due 2018 and any Registered Equivalent Notes having substantially identical terms and issued pursuant to the Senior Exchange Notes Indenture in exchange for the initial unregistered senior unsecured exchange notes.
Senior Exchange Notes means the Series A Senior Exchange Notes and the Series B Senior Exchange Notes.

Senior Exchange Notes means (a) the senior unsecured notes to be issued pursuant to the terms of Section 2.15 under the Senior Exchange Notes Indenture, together with interest, fees and all other amounts payable in connection therewith, and (b) any modification, replacement, refinancing, refunding, renewal or extension thereof.
