Senior Executive definition

Senior Executive means the chief executive officer, chief operating officer, chief financial officer, and anyone in charge of a principal business unit or function.
Senior Executive means the Chief Executive Officer of a Party or duly appointed representative thereof.
Senior Executive means a member of senior management of a Party who is designated by such Party to resolve disputes under this Agreement.

More Definitions of Senior Executive

Senior Executive means an Executive who has served continuously as an executive of the Company for at least five years. Executive’s service to the Company as an executive will be deemed to begin upon the date of commencement of employment as an Executive Officer or upon the date of promotion to an Executive Officer position, unless the Board of Directors or Compensation Committee determines otherwise.
