Senior Executive Officers definition

Senior Executive Officers means the Company's "senior executive officers" as defined in subsection 111(b)(3) of the EESA and regulations issued thereunder, including the rules set forth in 31 C.F.R. Part 30.
Senior Executive Officers means, collectively, the Chief Executive Officer, the Presidents and the Chief Financial Officer.

More Definitions of Senior Executive Officers

Senior Executive Officers shall have the meaning given such term in Section 8.12.1.
Senior Executive Officers means the Company’s “senior executive officers” as defined in Section 111 of the EESA and regulations issued or to be issued thereunder, including the rules set forth in 31 CFR Part 30 or any rules that replace 31 CFR Part 30; provided that, solely for the purposes of the foregoing sentence, “Senior Executive Officers” shall mean the Company’s “senior executive officers” as defined in Section 111 of the EESA and regulations issued thereunder, including the rules set forth in 31 CFR Part 30 that have been issued and are effective as of the Commencement Date.

Investor and the Company agree that for purposes of the form of waiver attached hereto as Annex B, the foregoing exclusions for Vested Benefits shall apply.
Senior Executive Officers or “NEOs” means the CEO, the CFO and the three highest compensated executive officers other than the CEO and the CFO;
Senior Executive Officers means the Company’s Chairman of the Board, President, Executive Vice President and Vice President(s).
