Senior Financial Officer definition

Senior Financial Officer means, with respect to any Obligor, the chief financial officer, principal accounting officer, treasurer or comptroller of such Obligor.

Each notice delivered under this Section 6.3 must be accompanied by a statement of a Senior Financial Officer of the Borrower setting forth the details of the event or development requiring such notice and any action taken or proposed to be taken with respect thereto.
