Senior Management Team definition

Senior Management Team means (a) each Authorized Officer, the chief executive officer, secretary and (b) any chief executive officer, president, vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer or secretary of any Subsidiary Guarantor.
Senior Management Team means Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and R. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx.
Senior Management Team means the Participants listed on Exhibit D and such additional Participants as shall be designated by the Board or the Committee from time to time.
