Senior Note Documents definition

Senior Note Documents means the Senior Notes, the Senior Note Agreement, the Senior Note Guarantees and all other documents executed and delivered with respect to the Senior Notes or the Senior Note Agreement.

Senior Note Documents means the Senior Notes Indenture and all other instruments, agreements and other documents evidencing the Senior Notes or providing for any guarantee or other right in respect thereof.

Senior Note Documents means the Note Agreement, the Senior Notes, the Noteholder Guaranty Agreements and all other agreements, documents, certificates and instruments relating to, arising out of, or in any way connected therewith or any of the transactions contemplated thereby, as each may be amended, supplemented, replaced, restated, increased, extended or otherwise modified from time to time.

More Definitions of Senior Note Documents

Senior Note Documents means, collectively, the Indenture, the Notes, and the Security Documents (as such term is defined in the Indenture).

Senior Note Documents means the Senior Note Agreement and each other material agreement, instrument or other document executed in connection therewith.

Senior Note Documents means the 2022 Senior Secured Note Documents and the 2025 Senior Unsecured Note Documents.
