Senior Preferred definition

Senior Preferred means the 12.0% Exchangeable Preferred Stock of the Surviving Corporation, $0.01 par value, having an initial liquidation preference of $2.50 per share, and the other material terms set forth in Exhibit B hereto.
Senior Preferred means the Series A Preferred and the Series B Preferred.
Senior Preferred means the senior convertible preferred stock of the Corporation, par value $0.001 per share.
