Senior Secured Convertible Notes definition

Senior Secured Convertible Notes means Holdings’ 7.50% convertible senior secured notes due 2028 issued pursuant to the Senior Secured Convertible Notes Indenture.
Senior Secured Convertible Notes means the Senior Secured Convertible Notes issued to the Lenders pursuant to Section 2.1, each of which will be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Senior Secured Convertible Notes means this Note and the Other Notes.

More Definitions of Senior Secured Convertible Notes

Senior Secured Convertible Notes means this Note and the Other Notes. “Securities Act” means the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
Senior Secured Convertible Notes means that certain Senior Secured Convertible Note, in the principal amount of $12,000,000, issued by the Borrower and payable to the order of TECORE, dated August 11, 2003, and that certain Senior Secured Convertible Note, in the principal amount of $4,000,000, issued by the Borrower and payable to the order of SCP dated August 13, 2003.
Senior Secured Convertible Notes means the Senior Secured Convertible Notes issued to the Lenders pursuant to Section 2.2, each of which will be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.”
Senior Secured Convertible Notes means the senior secured convertible promissory notes, each in the form attached to the First Amendment as Exhibit B thereto, which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall have an aggregate principal amount equal to the Amendment Date Accrued Interest Amount. For the avoidance of doubt any Principal (as therein define) of a Senior Secured Convertible Note that is converted in accordance with the terms thereof, shall be, and be deemed to be, paid in full and not outstanding for purposes of the Facility Agreement and otherwise.

Senior Secured Convertible Notes means the Senior Secured Convertible Notes to be issued by AIRNET to the INVESTORS, in the forms attached hereto as Exhibits D and E.
