Senior Secured Note Documents definition

Senior Secured Note Documents means the Senior Secured Note Indenture, the Senior Secured Note Guarantees, the Senior Secured Notes, the Intercreditor Arrangements, any security document relating to the Senior Secured Notes and/or the Senior Secured Note Indenture and any other document that may be entered into pursuant to any of the foregoing.

Senior Secured Note Documents means the Securities Purchase Agreement pursuant to which the Senior Secured Notes are sold and issued, the Senior Secured Notes, all documents, instruments and agreements executed or delivered in connection with the granting, attachment, perfection, priority, maintenance, or enforcement of the Liens securing the Senior Secured Notes, the Intercreditor Agreement, and all other agreements, instruments, and other documents executed and delivered pursuant to any of the foregoing or otherwise evidencing or securing any Senior Secured Notes or any other Senior Secured Note Obligations.

Senior Secured Note Documents has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

Examples of Senior Secured Note Documents in a sentence

• Mortgagor has received a copy of and is fully familiar with the terms and provisions of the Indenture and the other Senior Secured Note Documents.

• Upon such ratification (Genehmigung) such Future Pledgee becomes a party to this Agreement, it being understood that any future or conditional claim (zukünftiger oder bedingter Anspruch) of such Future Pledgee arising under the Loan Documents, or, in case of a successor indenture trustee arising under the Senior Secured Note Documents shall be secured by the Pledges constituted hereunder.

• Thereafter, Mortgagor may use the balance of the Rents collected in any manner not inconsistent with the Senior Secured Note Documents.

More Definitions of Senior Secured Note Documents

Senior Secured Note Documents means, collectively, the Senior Secured Note Indenture, the Senior Secured Notes, the Senior Secured Note Guaranties, the Security Documents and each of the other agreements, documents and instruments providing for or evidencing any Senior Secured Note Obligation, any other document or instrument executed or delivered at any time in connection with any Senior Secured Note Obligation, including pursuant to the Security Documents, and any intercreditor or joinder agreement among holders of Senior Secured Note Obligations (or binding upon one or more of them through their representatives), to the extent such are effective at the relevant time, as each may be amended, supplemented, modified or Refinanced from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and the Intercreditor Agreement.

Senior Secured Note Documents shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preliminary statement.

Senior Secured Note Documents means the indenture, the notes, the Guarantees and the Security Documents.

Senior Secured Note Documents means (a) the Senior Secured Notes, the Senior Secured Notes Guarantees, this Senior Secured Notes Indenture, the Security Documents, the First Lien Intercreditor Agreement, the 2007 UK Intercreditor Agreement and (b) any other related document or instrument executed and delivered pursuant to any Senior Secured Note Document described in clause (a) evidencing or governing any Secured Obligations thereunder.

Senior Secured Note Documents means the Indenture, the Notes and the Security Documents.

Senior Secured Note Documents shall have the meaning provided in the recitals to this Agreement.

Senior Secured Note Documents has the meaning given to that term in the Intercreditor Agreement.
