Senior Secured Parties definition

Senior Secured Parties means the Credit Agreement Secured Parties and any Additional Senior Debt Parties.
Senior Secured Parties means (a) with respect to the ABL Priority Collateral, all ABL Secured Parties and (b) with respect to the Term Loan Priority Collateral, all Term Loan Secured Parties.
