Payments and benefits due under this agreement (other than bonuses which will be paid at the time and in the manner otherwise provided in this Agreement), shall commence sixty (60) days after the Executive’s Separation from Service Date.
The Company will pay you, as cash severance, nine months of your base salary in effect as of your Separation from Service Date, less standard payroll deductions and tax withholdings (the “Severance”).
