Separation Period definition

Separation Period means the twenty-four (24) month period beginning on the Effective Termination Date.
Separation Period means the period of time over which an Eligible Employee receives Separation Benefits under the Plan.

  • The Separation Benefit payable to an Eligible Employee with respect to any Separation Period shall be reduced (but not below zero) by the amount of any disability benefit payable from any disability plan or program sponsored or contributed to by an Employing Company.

Separation Period means the period of time over which an Employee receives Separation Benefits under the Plan in semimonthly or other installment payments.
Separation Period means (i) for Participants who are in compensation Bands I or J, and participants who are elected Corporate officers of Pitney Bowes Inc. but not in compensation Bands I or J, on the Change of Control, the period beginning on a Participant’s Date of Termination and ending on the second anniversary thereof (ii) for Participants who are in compensation Band H who are not elected corporate officers of Pitney Bowes Inc. the period beginning on a Participant's Date of Termination and ending on the expiration of 78 weeks following the Participant’s Date of Termination.
