Series 2010 Bonds definition

Series 2010 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2010A Bonds and the Series 2010B Bonds.
Series 2010 Bonds means, together, the Series 2010A Bonds and the Series 2010B Bonds.
Series 2010 Bonds means, collectively, the Council’s Flood Prevention District Council Sales Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 2010A in the amount of $64,015,000, Taxable Flood Prevention District Council Sales Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 2010B (Build America Bonds) in the amount of $9,050,000 and Taxable Flood Prevention District Council Sales Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 2010C (Recovery Zone Economic Development Bonds) in the amount of $21,130,000, all issued under the Senior Indenture.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture, including in particular Section 4.07 hereof, the obligation to pay over the 2010 Rebate Amount to the United States and to comply with all other requirements of Section 4.07 hereof and this Section 5.07 shall survive the defeasance or payment in full of the Series 2010 Bonds.

  • The proceeds of the sale of the Series 2010 Bonds which are deposited into the Refunding Fund pursuant to the Indenture are hereby loaned by the Issuer to the Company in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
