Series 2010 Bonds definition

Series 2010 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2010A Bonds and the Series 2010B Bonds.
Series 2010 Bonds means, together, the Series 2010A Bonds and the Series 2010B Bonds.
Series 2010 Bonds means, collectively, the Council’s Flood Prevention District Council Sales Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 2010A in the amount of $64,015,000, Taxable Flood Prevention District Council Sales Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 2010B (Build America Bonds) in the amount of $9,050,000 and Taxable Flood Prevention District Council Sales Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 2010C (Recovery Zone Economic Development Bonds) in the amount of $21,130,000, all issued under the Senior Indenture.

  • If at the time of mailing of notice of an optional redemption, the Issuer shall not have deposited with the Trustee moneys sufficient to redeem or purchase all the Series 2010 Bonds called for redemption or purchase, such notice shall state that it is subject to the deposit of the redemption moneys with the Trustee not later than the opening of business on the redemption date and such notice shall be of no effect unless such moneys are so deposited.
