Series 2011A Certificates means the Refunding Certificates of Participation (School Board of St. Lucie County, Florida Master Lease Program, Series 2011A) Evidencing an Undivided Proportionate Interest of the Owners Thereof in Basic Rent Payments to be Made Under a Master Lease-Purchase Agreement by the School Board of St. Lucie County, Florida.

Series 2011A Certificates means the $ aggregate principal amount of Refunding Certificates of Participation authorized to be issued under Section 4.01 of the Trust Agreement and Section 201 hereof.

• In such event, the Board shall issue and the Trustee shall authenticate, transfer and exchange Series 2011A Certificates of like principal amount and maturity, in denominations of $5,000 or any integral multiple thereof to the holders thereof in accordance with the provisions of the Trust Agreement.

• The Series 2011A Certificates shall be further secured by a Municipal Bond Insurance Policy issued by , which shall be the Credit Enhancer and Insurer for the Series 2011A Certificates.

• The portion of the Net Proceeds relating to the Series 1990A Project allocable to the Series 2011B Certificates and the Series 2011A Certificates under this Fifth Amended and Restated Lease Schedule shall be applied in accordance with Section 14 below.
