Series 2017 Bonds definition

Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.

Series 2017 Bonds means the MDTA’s “Transportation Facilities Projects Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2017 (Tax-Exempt Bonds),” dated as of July 27, 2017.

Series 2017 Bonds has the meaning specified in the recitals to this Agreement.

Examples of Series 2017 Bonds in a sentence

• If, during the Fiscal Year immediately preceding one of the redemption dates specified above, the Authority purchases Series 2017 Bonds, at least 45 days prior to the redemption date, the Authority shall notify the Trustee as to the principal amount purchased and the amount of Series 2017 Bonds so purchased shall be credited at the time of purchase, to the extent of the full principal amount thereof, to reduce such upcoming mandatory sinking fund redemption payment for the Series 2017 Bonds so purchased.

• The Series 2017 Bonds shall initially be issued as Book-Entry Bonds.

• The Trustee shall authenticate the Series 2017 Bonds and deliver the Series 2017 Bonds to the original purchaser thereof upon receipt of a Written Request of the Authority and upon receipt of the purchase price therefor.

• All Series 2017 Bonds purchased pursuant to this subsection shall be cancelled pursuant to Section 11.09.

• The Authority may, at any time, execute the Series 2017 Bonds for issuance hereunder and deliver the same to the Trustee.

More Definitions of Series 2017 Bonds

Series 2017 Bonds means the Authority’s Lease Revenue Bonds (Balboa Park Parking Related Public Improvements), Series 2017 .

Series 2017 Bonds means the City of Fort Worth, Texas Water and Sewer System Revenue Bonds, Series 2017, authorized by the Twenty-Ninth Supplement.

Series 2017 Bonds means the Colorado Bridge Enterprise Senior Revenue Bonds (Central 70 Project), Series 2017 issued in the original aggregate principal amount of $[PAR] pursuant to the Indenture.

Series 2017 Bonds means the Issuer’s Taxable Industrial Revenue Bonds, Series 2017 (Textron Aviation Inc.) issued in the original principal amount of $625,000.

Series 2017 Bonds means the $ Public Improvement Bonds, Series 2017 (City of Lakeland School Project) in book-entry form, issued by the IDB.

Series 2017 Bonds means the $6,040,000 original aggregate principal amount of the Issuer’s Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2017, issued pursuant to the Indenture.

Series 2017 Bonds means the Water Supply System Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2017, dated May 2, 2017, in the outstanding principal amount of Six Million Nine Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($6,930,000).
