Series 2020B Bonds definition

Series 2020B Bonds means the Issuer's Not to Exceed $331,000,000 Taxable Water and Sewer Utility Revenue Bonds, Series 2020B (WIFIA), dated May 14, 2020.

Series 2020B Bonds means the General Obligation Sales Tax Refunding Bonds, Series 2020B, authorized and issued by the Issuer pursuant to this Ordinance and the Series 2020B Bond Resolution.
