Series A-1 Notes definition

Series A-1 Notes is defined in Section 1.1.
Series A-1 Notes means the Series A-1 Senior Notes due 2010 or any of them (each, a "Series A-1 Note"), as amended or supplemented from time to time, that are issued under this Indenture.
Series A-1 Notes means the New Secured Notes issued as “Series A-1 Notes” under the New Secured Notes Indenture.

More Definitions of Series A-1 Notes

Series A-1 Notes means the Senior Notes created and to be issued under this [ ] Supplemental Indenture in the original Principal Amount of [ ] and designated as the “Auction Rate Student Loan Asset-Backed Notes, Senior Series [ ]A-1.”
Series A-1 Notes has the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.
Series A-1 Notes is defined in the recitals to this Agreement.
Series A-1 Notes means the 7.032% Series A-1 Equipment Notes issued pursuant to each Indenture by United, and authenticated by the respective Indenture Trustee thereunder, and any such Equipment Notes issued in exchange therefor or replacement thereof pursuant to the terms of such Indenture.
Series A-1 Notes shall have the meaning set forth in SECTION 2.1.
Series A-1 Notes shall have the meaning specified in the Recitals.
Series A-1 Notes means the series of notes of the Company designated the 2016 Series A-1 2.0% Remarketable Subordinated Notes due 2021.
