Series A Certificate definition

Series A Certificate means the Certificate of Designations of Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock relating to the Series A, as it may be amended from time to time.
Series A Certificate means the Corporation’s Certificate of Designation of Preferences, Rights and Limitations of 10% Convertible Preferred Stock of the Corporation, filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware on April 30, 2012, as amended from time to time.
Series A Certificate means this Certificate of Designation of Series A Convertible Preference Shares, as it may be amended from time to time.
