The Series A Dividend Per Share shall be paid in shares of Series A Preferred Stock, such number of shares of Series A Preferred Stock to be determined by dividing the Series A Dividend Per Share by the Series A Original Issue Price.
If any share of Series A Preferred Stock is converted, redeemed, repurchased or otherwise acquired by the Corporation in any manner whatsoever, the share of Series A Preferred Stock so acquired shall, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, be retired and cancelled upon such acquisition, and shall not be reissued as a share of Series A Preferred Stock.
