Series Agreement definition

Series Agreement means the agreement that establishes the Series under Joint Development Foundation Projects, LLC that this Project operates under.
Series Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2(e) of this Agreement.

Series Agreement means, the Series I Series Agreement or the Series II Series Agreement, as context requires in the forms attached hereto as Exhibit A. Together, they are referred to as the “Series Agreements”.
