Series B-3 Preferred Shares definition

Series B-3 Preferred Shares means the Company’s series B-3 preferred shares, par value US$0.00001 per share.
Series B-3 Preferred Shares has the meaning ascribed to it in the Recitals to this Agreement.
Series B-3 Preferred Shares means the Series B-3 preferred shares of US$0.00001 par value per share in the capital of the Company having the rights attaching to them as set out herein (each, a “Series B-3 Preferred Share”).

Series B-3 Preferred Shares means the series B-3 preferred shares, with a par value of US$0.00001 each (as adjusted for Recapitalizations), of the Company.
Series B-3 Preferred Shares means the Series B-3 Preferred Shares of the Company, par value US$0.0001 per share, with the rights and privileges as set forth in the Memorandum and Articles;
Series B-3 Preferred Shares means the voting redeemable series B-3 preferred shares in the capital of the Company with a par value of US$0.00001 each, having the rights, preferences, privileges and restrictions set out in these Articles.
Series B-3 Preferred Shares means the Series B-2 Preferred Shares with a par value of US$0.0001 per share in the share capital of the Company.
Series B-3 Preferred Shares has the meaning set forth in the Memorandum and Articles.
Series B-3 Preferred Shares means the Series B-3 Preferred Shares of the Company, par value US$0.0001 per share, with the rights and privileges as set forth in the Memorandum and Articles. The calculation of (i) the dividends under Article 8.1, (ii) the respective Aggregate Preference Amount under Article 8.2, (iii) the respective Conversion Price under Article 8.3, (iv) the voting rights under Article 8.4, and (v) the respective Redemption Price under Article 8.5 shall be made on an as-converted basis.
Series B-3 Preferred Shares means the Series B-3 preferred shares, no par value, of the Company.
