The Series C Conversion Rate, the Series B Conversion Rate, and the Series A Conversion Rate, and the Series C Conversion Price, the Series B Conversion Price and the Series A Conversion Price, respectively, are sometimes referred to hereinafter as the “Conversion Rate” and “Conversion Price”, as applicable to such class of Preferred Units.
