Series B Preferred Share definition

Series B Preferred Share means a share of 8 5/8% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, par value $.01 per share, liquidation preference $50 per share, of the General Partner.
Series B Preferred Share means a redeemable Series B Preferred Share of US$0.001 par value per share in the capital of the Company having the rights, preferences and privileges attaching to it as set out herein.
Series B Preferred Share means a 6.375% Series B Preferred Share, having the designations, rights, powers and preferences set forth in Article XIV of the LLC Agreement.
