Examples of Series B Securities in a sentence
Series B Securities exchanged for Series A Securities shall be issued initially in the form of one or more Series B Global Securities, substantially in the form set forth in Section 202, deposited upon issuance with the Trustee, as custodian for the Depositary, registered in the name of the Depositary or its nominee, in each case for credit to an account of a direct or indirect participant of the Depositary, duly executed by the Company and authenticated by the Trustee as hereinafter provided.
For all purposes hereunder, the Series A Securities and the Series B Securities will be treated as one class and are together referred to as the "Securities." The Series A Securities rank pari passu in right of payment with the Series B Securities.
The Series A Securities may be exchanged for Series B Securities pursuant to the terms of the Exchange Offer.
If the principal amount of the Global Security for the Series B Securities is less than the principal amount of the Global Security for the Series A Securities, the Trustee shall make an endorsement on such Global Security for Series A Securities indicating a reduction in the principal amount represented thereby.
The Series A Securities and the Series B Securities shall be considered collectively to be a single class for all purposes of this Indenture, including, without limitation, waivers, amendments, redemptions and offers to purchase.
