Series B Securities definition

Series B Securities means the 11-1/2% Senior Notes due 2007, Series B, of the Company to be issued pursuant to this Indenture in exchange for the Series A Securities pursuant to the Registered Exchange Offer and the Registration Rights Agreement.
Series B Securities means the Company's Series B 9.25% Junior Subordinated Deferrable Interest Debentures due February 1, 2027, as authenticated and issued under this Indenture.
Series B Securities means the Company's 8 7/8% Series B Notes due 2010 to be issued pursuant to this Indenture in the Exchange Offer.

Examples of Series B Securities in a sentence

  • Series B Securities exchanged for Series A Securities shall be issued initially in the form of one or more Series B Global Securities, substantially in the form set forth in Section 202, deposited upon issuance with the Trustee, as custodian for the Depositary, registered in the name of the Depositary or its nominee, in each case for credit to an account of a direct or indirect participant of the Depositary, duly executed by the Company and authenticated by the Trustee as hereinafter provided.

  • For all purposes hereunder, the Series A Securities and the Series B Securities will be treated as one class and are together referred to as the "Securities." The Series A Securities rank pari passu in right of payment with the Series B Securities.

  • The Series A Securities may be exchanged for Series B Securities pursuant to the terms of the Exchange Offer.

  • If the principal amount of the Global Security for the Series B Securities is less than the principal amount of the Global Security for the Series A Securities, the Trustee shall make an endorsement on such Global Security for Series A Securities indicating a reduction in the principal amount represented thereby.

  • The Series A Securities and the Series B Securities shall be considered collectively to be a single class for all purposes of this Indenture, including, without limitation, waivers, amendments, redemptions and offers to purchase.

Series B Securities means the Company’s 7.750% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2016, Series B issued under this Indenture in exchange for the Series A Securities pursuant to an Exchange Offer.

Series B Securities means Exchange Securities, issued under this Indenture from time to time.
