Series B Stock definition

Series B Stock means the Company's Series B Convertible Preferred Stock, par value $0.000001 per share.
Series B Stock means the series of Preferred Stock authorized and designated as Series B 6.40% Preferred Stock at the date of the Certificate, including any shares thereof authorized and designated after the date of the Certificate.
Series B Stock means all of the outstanding shares of the Series B Preferred Stock and the Series B1 Preferred Stock, together, at the time in question, which shares shall be PARI PASSU for all purposes except conversion price, and any new subseries of the Series B Preferred Stock created pursuant to Section 9 of the Series B/KBH Certificate of Designations.
