Series C Director definition

Series C Director means any director of the Company that has been solely designated by the holders of record of the Series C Preferred Stock pursuant to the Restated Certificate or the Third Amended and Restated Voting Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between the Company, the Investors and certain other stockholders of the Company or otherwise.

Series C Director has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(i) hereof.
