Series C Warrants definition

Series C Warrants means, collectively, the Series C Common Stock purchase warrants delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which Warrants shall vest and be exercisable ratably commencing on the exercise of the Series B Warrants held by the Purchaser (or its assigns) and have a term of exercise equal to 5 years from the date of issuance, in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto.
Series C Warrants means, collectively, the "Series C Warrants" as defined in, and issued pursuant to, Securities Purchase Agreement dated as of September 1, 2000, by and among UST and certain investors, as such agreement may from time to time be amended in accordance with its terms, and any warrants issued in exchange, substitution or replacement therefore.
Series C Warrants means the warrants to purchase Common Stock of the Company issuable pursuant to that certain Amended and Restated Series C Warrant Agreement, dated as of the date of this Agreement, by and among the Company and the holders thereof.

Examples of Series C Warrants in a sentence

  • Series C Warrants shall not be transferrable, save to transfer to the Transferees.

  • In addition, the Holder may allocate its pro-rata portion of the Issuable Maximum among any of the Series A Warrants, Series B Warrants and Series C Warrants held by the Holder in its sole discretion.

Series C Warrants means the series C purchase warrants of the Corporation issued to RTIH on October 29, 2007 in connection with the Credit Agreement, the terms of which are more particularly described under the heading “General Development of the Business – Agreements with Rio Tinto – Credit Agreement”.
Series C Warrants means, collectively, all of the Series C Warrants to purchase Common Stock issued by the Company pursuant to the terms of the Securities Purchase Agreement, as may be amended from time in accordance with the terms thereof, and all warrants issued in exchange therefor or replacement thereof.
