Series D Shareholder definition

Series D Shareholder means a holder of Series D Shares, each of the Persons listed on Schedule E attached hereto.
Series D Shareholder means the holder of the Series D Preferred Share.
Series D Shareholder has the meaning set forth in Section 1.8(d).
