Series D Shares definition

Series D Shares means the Series D preferred shares, par value US$0.0001 per share, of the Company (with each of such Series D Shares being referred to as a “Series D Share”).
Series D Shares means Series D currency hedged mutual fund shares of a fund. “Series F Shares” means Series F currency hedged mutual fund shares of a fund.
Series D Shares means the series D redeemable convertible preferred shares, par value US$0.0001 per share, of the Company.

  • Each Series D Share will convert into one share of our common stock at any time at the option of the holder of the Series D Shares or will be converted at the option of the Company at any time the trading price of our common stock is at least $4.50 per share for ten consecutive trading days.
