Series D Shares definition

Series D Shares means the Company's Series D Convertible Preferred --------------- Stock, par value $0.01 per share.
Series D Shares means Series D currency hedged mutual fund shares of a fund. “Series F Shares” means Series F currency hedged mutual fund shares of a fund.
Series D Shares means the series D redeemable convertible preferred shares, par value US$0.0001 per share, of the Company.
