Series Interest shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(a) of the Titling Trust Agreement.

More Definitions of Series Interest

Series Interest means, with respect to a Member, such Member’s equity interest in the assets and liabilities of a particular Series (and not any interest such Member may have as the holder of debt).
Series Interest means a separate series of limited liability company interests in the Titling Company established and formed pursuant to the Titling Company Agreement, as supplemented by a Series Supplement.
