Series Notes definition

Series Notes means interest bearing subordinated promissory notes issued by certain Operating Subsidiaries and currently held by the Trust;

Series Notes means, with respect to each Advance, those certain notes, substantially in the form of the Replacement Notes, executed by Borrower in favor of the Lenders, each in an amount equal to such Lender’s Ratable Share of the applicable Advance, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Series Notes means, collectively, the Series [ ]A Notes and the Series [ ]B Notes.

Examples of Series Notes in a sentence

• The Series Notes shall be issued in fully registered form without coupons.

• There are to be authenticated and delivered $ principal amount of Series Notes, and no further Series Notes shall be authenticated and delivered except as provided by Xxxxxxx 000, 000, 000, 000 xx 0000 of the Original Indenture.

The Section references hereinafter set forth correspond to the similar sections of the Note Purchase Agreement which are supplemented hereby:

Series Notes means federally taxable promissory notes of the Commonwealth having a maturity of 270 days or less and issued by the Commonwealth pursuant to the Series _ Issuing and Paying Agency Agreement for the purposes specified in Section 2.8, together with any such notes issued from time to time in renewal thereof.
