Series Required Transferor Amount Percentage definition

Series Required Transferor Amount Percentage means (a) with respect to Series 2019-1, 7.00%, and (b) with respect to any other Series of Notes, the percentage set forth in the applicable Indenture Supplement; provided, however, that with respect to the percentage specified in clause (a) above, the Transferor may from time to time designate a different percentage; provided further, that prior to designating any lesser percentage, the Note Rating Agency Condition shall have been satisfied with respect to such lesser percentage.
Series Required Transferor Amount Percentage has, for any Series of Notes, the meaning specified in the related Indenture Supplement.
Series Required Transferor Amount Percentage means (a) with respect to Series 2013-1, 12.25%, and (b) with respect to any other Series of Notes, the percentage set forth in the applicable Indenture Supplement; provided, however, that with respect to the percentage specified in clause (a) above, the Transferor may from time to time designate a different percentage; provided further, that prior to designating any lesser percentage, (i) the Transferor shall have provided to the Indenture Trustee an Issuer Tax Opinion and (ii) the Note Rating Agency Condition shall have been satisfied with respect to such lesser percentage.

  • Class C Reserve Account Percentage means, for any Distribution Date on which a condition in the left column of the following table was in effect on the immediately preceding Distribution Date, the percentage in the corresponding right column of the following table (or if more than one conditions were in effect on the immediately preceding Distribution Date, the largest percentage).   • Target Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, 3.00% of the Adjusted Pool Balance as of the Cut-off Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Target Overcollateralization Amount shall not exceed the Adjusted Pool Balance on such Payment Date.
