Series Term Sheet definition

Series Term Sheet means the Series Term Sheet setting forth the terms of the Series of Investor Certificates issued hereby, to which this Annex is attached.

Series Term Sheet has the meaning assigned to it in the April 4, 1996 letter of Xxxxxx & Xxxxxxx on behalf of Greenwood Trust Company (which letter, and the SEC staff's response thereto, were publicly available April 5, 1996).

• Any notices to holders of Investor Certificates issued in bearer form shall be given as described in the Series Term Sheet.

Series Term Sheet shall have the meaning given such term in the no-action letter, dated April 5, 1996, issued by Commission to Greenwood Trust Company (the "Greenwood Letter") and "Computational Materials" shall have the meaning given such term in the Greenwood Letter and, together with the no-action letter, dated May 20, 1994, issued by the Commission to Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Acceptance Corporation I, Xxxxxx, Peabody & Co., Incorporated and Xxxxxx Structured Asset Corporation, as made applicable to other issuers and underwriters by the Commission in the response to the request of the Public Securities Association, dated May 24, 1994 (collectively, the "Xxxxxx/PSA Letter"), the PSA Letter and the No-Action Letters. For purposes hereof, "ABS Term Sheets," "Structural Term Sheets" and "Collateral Term Sheets" shall have the meanings given such terms in the no-action letter, dated February 17, 1995, issued by the Commission to the Public Securities Association (the "PSA Letter").
