Series X Preferred Stock definition

Series X Preferred Stock means the Corporation's Series X Senior Convertible Preferred Stock, par value $0.001 per share, and stock of any other class of securities into which such securities may hereafter be reclassified or changed.
Series X Preferred Stock means the Company’s Series X Convertible Preferred Stock, par value $0.01 per share.
Series X Preferred Stock means the Series X Junior Participating Preferred Stock, par value $.01 per share, of the Company having the rights, powers, privileges and restrictions, qualifications and limitations set forth in the Certificate of Designation, Preferences and Rights of Series X Junior Participating Preferred Stock in the form attached as Exhibit A.
