Any failure by the Contractor to comply with any requirement of this paragraph 5 (regardless of whether such failure is capable of remedy), shall constitute a Serious Breach.
For the avoidance of doubt, any failure to comply with the Authority’s Security Requirements within the required timeframe (regardless of whether such failure is capable of remedy) shall constitute a Serious Breach.
