SERP Benefit definition

SERP Benefit means the benefit described in Section 5.1.
SERP Benefit means the benefit amount determined under the SERP and credited to a Participant under the Plan.
SERP Benefit means the annual retirement benefit payable pursuant to the terms of this Plan.

Examples of SERP Benefit in a sentence

  • Any expenses incurred by the Employer or Administrator incident to such proceeding or litigation shall be charged against the SERP Benefit of the affected Participant.

  • If the Executive has properly elected a lump sum with respect to the Accrued SERP Benefit, such lump sum shall also be paid at the time specified above, subject to applicable law.

  • If the Executive has properly elected an annuity form of payment with respect to the Accrued SERP Benefit, said annuity shall be included in the paid up annuity identified in this Section 8(a)(5), subject to applicable law.

  • The Executive shall receive payment of the Accrued SERP Benefit in such form or forms of payment as the Executive has properly elected under the terms of the SERP.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the SERP Benefit will be paid in a single lump sum if the Actuarial Equivalent present value is $15,000 or less as of the commencement date.


More Definitions of SERP Benefit

SERP Benefit means any benefit payable under the SERP to or on behalf of a Covered Employee.
SERP Benefit means SERP Benefit A and/or SERP Benefit B provided pursuant to Article 2.
SERP Benefit means the vested benefit payable under this Plan.
SERP Benefit means any benefit described in Article 2 of this Agreement that is payable to the Executive while the Executive is living.
SERP Benefit means the Participant’s RSSERP Benefit and/or Pension SERP Benefit, as applicable.

SERP Benefit means any benefit payable or paid to a Participant, a Spouse or Beneficiary(ies) under the terms and conditions of this Plan.
