Server License definition

Server License means a License that permits the use of a Server Product on one (1) Licensed Server. “Version” means the specific software version of a Product defined by a version number. Licensing Terms
Server License means a single license for the server owned by the Customer that (1) has access to the Licensed Product with Author or CAL licenses and (2) is owned, hosted, and run by the Customer. Each server that has the Licensed Product on it must have a Server License.

Server License means that the use of the PLM Software is restricted to a single, specified server.

Additional Server Licenses are required for additional CPUs on a single Server in excess of two or additional Network connections (i.e., more than 2 Networks). A Server License may not be transferred from one Server or Network to another, unless approved in writing by Forcepoint.
